I called the surgery at 8.30am prompt. I was initially caller number 9 in the queue which subsequently increased to caller number 13 which didn’t make any sense to me. It took me about 25 minutes to get through to speak to the receptionist who was very polite. I got an appointment to see a nurse rather than a GP. The nurse was lovely and I felt confident in her ability.
My scores reflect the time it takes to get through to the surgery to get an appointment.

At 8.30, I was number 30 in the queue. I opted for a call back which led to the telephone appointment I needed. The doctor was very helpful, offering advice and helping me reach a decision about the medication choices available. I am always impressed by the courtesy of the staff and the high level of service they provide. Great work everyone.
I had a really positive and helpful meeting with the diabetic nurse.
All the staff are fantastic and look after you with care and dignity.
I find the doctors to be knowledgeable and professional and I trust the advice they give. The appointment system is easy to use and I have never had a problem booking online, over the phone or in person.
All the team are hardworking and will go above and beyond to help.

Ringing at 8.30 to get an appointment to find myself 43rd in the queue
We have listened to our patient’s feedback and understand it can be frustrating when waiting in a queue on the telephone, we no offer a telephone call back system, we are hoping this will make the process of contacting the surgery easier. We offer same day acute appointments either face to face or via telephone, continuity appointments are also available, these are made for by the GP. Demand on our services is extremely high.
